                                SHIPPING & DELIVERY

                                Processing time:This is where we shine! Most orders are quickly processed and shipped within 1-3 days from our west coast warehouses. Orders can not be cancelled or altered after placed. Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days (you can expect delays during holidays or major sales). You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

                                Please note we are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. There is no shipping insurance for packages stolen from your delivery location. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered." 

                                You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office, and nobody likes fees, help us out by making sure your shipping address is entered correctly.

                                • Standard US Shipping:Shipping within the U.S. 48 contiguous States is just $4.99 with USPS or free for orders over $79! Shipping to other US territories, Hawaii, Alaska, PR is just $7.99 with USPS or free for orders over $79. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2 to 10 days.
                                • Shipping to Canada:Canadian orders ship for a flat $25 per order, you will be responsible for any duties or additional fees imposed.

                                We get it, things don't always work out! We're here to help get it right! We offer Store Credit for Returns so you can find the perfect item!

                                  SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?

                                  We are so sorry about that and would love to make things right! 

                                  Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. 

                                  • If you believe you have received defective merchandise or the wrong item, you must email us within 3 days at hello@closetcandy.com so we may address the issue.
                                  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have removed the tags, washed it or worn it. 
                                  • We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.

                                  Disputes

                                  In the event that we are unable to resolve your concern, by using this Site you unconditionally agree that all claims relating to your access or use of our Site, including all disputes arising out of, or related to, any products or services purchased from Closet Candy through our Site, will be resolved entirely through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.  The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.

                                   

                                  Note: There is no judge or jury in arbitration, no class actions, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. An arbitrator, however, can award on an individual basis the same damages and relief as a court, and must follow these Terms of Use as a court would.  You agree that the arbitration will be conducted by either the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), adr.org, 1.800.778.7879, or the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services ("JAMS"), jamsadr.com, 1.800.352.5267. You can contact AAA or JAMS to find out more information on how to commence an arbitration proceeding. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's or JAMS' applicable rules.

                                   

                                  We each agree to bring any dispute in arbitration on an individual basis only, and not on a class, consolidated, representative or collective action basis. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action against the other and agree that any claim in court will proceedin Arizona state courts.  In addition, we both agree that we each may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights. 

                                   

                                  THIS SECTION LIMITS CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A COURT ACTION, THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY FORM OF CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM, THE RIGHT TO ENGAGE IN DISCOVERY EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN AAA OR JAMS RULES, AND THE RIGHT TO CERTAIN REMEDIES AND FORMS OF RELIEF. OTHER RIGHTS THAT YOU OR CLOSET CANDY WOULD HAVE IN COURT ALSO MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.

                                    

                                  Applicable Law

                                  The law applicable to the interpretation and construction of these Terms of Use and any transaction (including purchases made on this Site) using or related to the Site, shall be the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal laws and the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, but subject to the Federal Arbitration Act and other federal law relating to the arbitrability of claims. You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the State of Arizona.
